Li Guoying Meets Cuban Ambassador to China Miguel Ramirez Ramos

Governor Li Guoying met with Cuban Ambassador to China Miguel Ramirez Ramos in Hefei on the afternoon of May 24. Vice governor Zhang Shuguang and Hou Ximin, secretary general of Anhui Provincial Government, attended the meeting.

Governor Li expressed welcome to Miguel Ramirez Ramos and briefed them the socio-economic development of Anhui.

Li said that Anhui and Cuba are strongly complementary in economy. In recent years, both sides have cooperated closely in the areas of trade, economy and medical service. Li hoped that both sides can further deepen the cooperation in medical service and expand the cooperation in tourism and investment in an effort to achieve win-win result.

Miguel Ramirez Ramos spoke highly of Anhui’s achievements in socio-economic development and said that he will actively function as a bond to advance the cooperation between two sides.
