A delegation from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), led by the President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Kim Yong Nam, will make official visits to Cuba, Venezuela and Mexico, confirmed the North Korea Central News Agency (KCNA).

Recently, the president of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, made an official visit to the Asian nation where the historical relationship between the two countries was highlighted, whose foundations lie in the friendship between the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, and Kim Il Sung, founder of the DPRK.

During his stay there, in the context of a tour of Russia, China, Vietnam and Laos, the government and people offered him a warm and colorful welcome that included a welcome by President Kim Jong-un.

In Mexico, the senior DPRK official will attend the inauguration of President-elect Manuel Lopez Obrador, scheduled for December 1, according to KCNA.
