Cristina Fernández de Kirchner arrives in Cuba

Former Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner arrived on Thursday in Havana, in a private visit, informed the Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla.

In his Twitter account, the Cuban FM wrote "I received this afternoon at the José Martí International Airport, the Senator and former President of the Republic of Argentina, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, who is travelling to Cuba on a private visit".

Accompanying the tweet is a photo of Cristina with her daughter Florencia, 29, who receives medical attention in Cuba.
