U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Wednesday that Donald Trump''s administration will fully implement Title III of the controversial Helms-Burton Act against Cuba beginning on May 2.

Through this section, U.S. nationals would have the possibility of taking to the U.S. courts those who invest in Cuban territory in properties nationalized after the triumph of the Revolution on January 1, 1959.
