Havana, Nov 1st. A global wave of messages supporting Cuba and progressive movements shook the social networks as part of a *Marea Antiimperialista* (Anti-Imperialist Wave) of Solidarity, for Democracy, and against Neoliberalism.

Internet users shared anti-imperialist and solidarity messages throughout social networks as well as personal and organizational profiles, using the hashtags #ManosFueraDeCuba, #SeguimosEnLucha, and #MareaAntiimperialista.

Simultaneously, an Anti-Imperialist Forum was held at the Havana´s Convention Palace. One of the speakers was U.S. young man Kevin Rojas, student at the Latin American School of Medicine who stated: “Everyone must support Cuba in its struggle against the U.S. blockade and in this line, denounce U.S. aggressions.”

While referring to the hunting of oil tankers trying to dock in the Greatest of Antilles, he said that it was the continuity of an aggressive policy and added: “I believe every man and woman in the U.S. should know and denounce such policy since it is a crime against humanity.”

Yamile Gonzalez, member of Honduras´ *Movimiento de Solidaridad con Cuba*, left her message in the paperboard “*Mi Huella por la Solidaridad…”* and pointed out she did it to champion the rights of women and air her voice against women discrimination.

Chilean Julieta Rivera, in a short interview granted to *Siempre con Cuba*, highlighted that the current protests in her home country are certainly a wake-up call for Latin America; and thus, the hopes of all people in the region rise.

Likewise, she denounced the repression order by Sebastian Piñera´s government against protesters, as it is a violation of their human rights.

The *Marea* summoned by the Meeting Organizing Committee was aimed at raising awareness and promoting the international support for Cuba and other fair causes.

At the lobby of Havana´s Convention Palace, several interactive spaces were held. Starting points like “*Mi Huella por la Solidaridad*…,” “*Yo acuso al
imperialismo…,” *and “*Mi Selfie por la solidaridad con Cuba*” helped delegates to leave their messages for Cuba and the rest of the world.
