Vietnam expects wide foreign participation in Tourism Fair

The Vietnam 2020 International Tourism Fair will be held in Hanoi from April 1 to 4 with the participation of 25 countries and territories, the Organizing Committee confirmed.

The event will take place at the Cultural Friendship Palace in Hanoi, where more than 500 stands will participate, in which tour operators, hoteliers and representatives from

travel agencies, airlines and other entities related to the leisure industry will present their offers.

The fair is one of the actions with which Vietnam guarantees its decision to receive 20 million and a half foreign tourists this year to break the historic record of 18 million vacationists in 2019.

Before, and with the same objective, Vietnam will launch in February its National Tourism Year 2020 in northern Ninh Binh province, which holds such beautiful places as the Trang An landscape complex, inscribed as UNESCO world cultural and natural heritage site.

This year's fair will be focused on Heritage, the power of tourism in Vietnam, so several collateral activities will address the issue.
