Cuban tourism is up with good pace, considering the confirmation Wednesday that in 2014, the island attended three million 2,745 visitors, according to the National Bureau of Statistics and Information (ONEI) That source published its report Wednesday, in this case from January to December last year, which objective to exceed the three million visitors is compared with the one by two million 852, 572 in 2013.

In this annual figure, as tourists, there came two million and 969,825 people, and 32, 920 hikers, including 8,085 cruise travelers.

The ONEI disclaims arrivals, visitors (people who are in the country for less than a year), tourists (those who stay overnight at least one night and come without any kind of remuneration for it) and hikers (which remain in the country less than 24 hours).

Among the most important issuing markets pointed to Canada with 1 million 175,077 persons, Germany (139,136) and the UK (123,910) -always 2014 in total-, followed by Italy, France, Mexico, Venezuela, Spain, Russia and Argentina, among others.

Only in December 2014, they received 332,190 visitors, over the 305,827 in December 2013.

The ordering list of issuing markets in December, was left including Canada, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, France, Venezuela, Mexico, Russia, Spain and China.

Cuba diversifies its proposal, including nature, sun and beaches, adventure, culture, quality of life and other things.
