The First vice-president of the Council of State and Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, heads the Cuban delegation to the II Summit Celac-European Union, to be held on June 10-11, in Brussels, Belgium.

The Cuban delegation also includes Bruno Rodríguez, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abelardo Moreno, deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as Norma Goicochea Estenoz, Cuban ambassador to the European Union.
