Praising the meeting, the president's aide said the event reviewed all aspects of the bilateral cooperation between Angola and Cuba, as well as outlining the necessary guidelines.

"There is this political will which is decisive and we will work on it," he said.

Edeltrudes Costa noted Angola still has conditions to increasingly improve the cooperation with Cuba, focused on the key sectors of the two countries' economy, with stress to the transport, energy and water, construction, education and health, with the emphasise placed on the last two fields.

The Angolan delegation is also integrated, among others, by the ministers of Education Pinda Simão, Energy and Water João Baptista Borges, Health José Van-Dunem, Secretaries of State for Transport José Kuvingua, Construction António Teixeira Flor, Foreign Affairs Manuel Augusto and Secretary of the President of Republic Ângela Bragança.
