Nicolas Maduro and Raul Castro revised agenda

The presidents of Cuba, Raul Castro and Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, held a meeting Friday afternoon to exchange views on regional and international agenda.

“Army General Raul Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers (of Cuba) received in the afternoon today (yesterday) to partner Nicolas Maduro, President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” reported Granma newspaper.

At the meeting, the two leaders expressed satisfaction with the progress of bilateral relations and exchanged views on various issues.The Cuban president, Raul Castro, confirmed once again the support of Cuba to the Bolivarian Revolution and the civil-military union.

For his part, President Maduro expressed his joy at the opportunity of sharing with the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution on the occasion of his 89th birthday.
