Here, the popular singer will be the host and will share with other famous artists like Descemer Bueno, Yotuel, and the Spanish singer Beatriz Luengo, with whom he will interpret the version of the classic Maria Teresa Vera's Veinte años.

These performances will take place on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday 3, at Miramar Theater, as Waldo told the press. The Cuban artist also confirmed the presence of the Lizt Alfonso Ballet Company, and El Chacal, with who he has just recorded a duet.

Canción para un abuelo dormido (A song for a sleeping grandfather) is the theme song I conceived along with Chacal. Turned into one of the most renowned examples—especially for the peculiar tone of his voice—of romantic song in Cuba, Waldo Mendoza began his first steps as a salsa interpreter.

His discography includes four studio albums. The fourth one, entitled Repartiendo amor (Bis Music, 2014) comprises several hits including Quien, Lucas Award winner for Best Ballad Video.
