Moscow, Sep 22 (Prensa Latina) Cuban multi-awarded prima ballerina Viengsay Valdés seeks to reconquer Russian stages this Sunday, when she will perform a variation of the complex piece Don Quixote, along with the Kremlin State Ballet.

Valdés, playing the leading character of Kitry, and Cuban first dancer Dani Hernández as Basilio, will perform as guests of the Kremlin State Ballet's International Festival in Moscow.

Her character Kitry has been considered one of the best performed in the world, and this time it will not be an exception, experts say, adding that Valdés concedes special significance to this character.

Therefore, ValdeS's performance of Kitry is a constant request in worldwide stages like Egypt's pyramids, St. Petersburg's Mariinski, Washington's Kennedy Center or Paris' Grand Palais, among others.

Valdés has been accompanied by famous partners like Leonid Sarafanov, Ivan Vasiliev, Denis Matvienko, Carlos Acosta, Hermán Cornejo, Jonathan Jordan, Broklyn Mack, Michael Revie, igran Mykayelyan, Ma Xiadong, Joel Carreño and Osiel Gouneo.
