Cubans Celebrate Fidel Castro''s 89th Birthday

Cubans are carrying out several activities to celebrate today the 89th birthday of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro.

Young people are the main protagonists of a extensive program of activities taking place here to celebrate the birthday of who is the protagonist figure of transcendental episodes of the future of his people, the continent, and the world for more than five decades.

Some 400 young people gathered in the locality of Biran, Holguin, birthplace of Fidel Castro, awaiting the date with a camping.
