HAVANA-Premier Abdelmalek Sellal met Thursday in Havana (Cuba) with President of Cuba's Council of State and Ministers Raul Castro Ruz.
For the Algerian side, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra and Minister of Health, Population and Hospital Reform Abdelmalek Boudiaf attended the audience, while Cuba was represented by Vice-President of the Council of Minister and Minister of Economy and Planning Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz, Minister of External Trade and Foreign Investment Rodrigo Malmeirca, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez and Health Minister Roberto Morales Ojeda.
The audience was preceded by an official welcoming ceremony at the Palace of the Revolution, in honor of the Prime Minister.
Sellal and Raul Castro reviewed a detachment of the units of the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces, which paid them honours.
Sellal arrived Wednesday in Havana for a three-day official visit at the invitation of Bermudez.
Upon his arrival in Havana, Sellal underlined the "excellent" relations between Algeria and Cuba, adding that the two countries would work together to further boost them.
Prime Minister said that he felt at home in Cuba, adding that relations between the two countries would be further strengthened.
