Since the last month of May, high temperatures have made the headlines in Europe. In Cuba, almost an eternal summer, a temperature record was reported in June with 39.1 degrees in Granma province.

Health authorities warn to take umbrellas and water bottles as measures to avoid suffering fatigue or dehydration due to the sun, high temperatures and humidity of our country, which rise even more in July and August.

However, we must not only protect ourselves from the sun and excessive heat, but also from poisonings that, during the summer months are also very frequent. Doctors say that they occur for different reasons, either due to poor preservation of food and heat, which generates bacteria in food, or lack of cleanliness.
