Opposition in Bolivia refuses to audit elections

Mesa, not compliant with the results and be losing the elections, decided to ignore the vote alleging a monumental fraud, so he summoned his allies to burn the municipal courts to erase the evidence.

After being backed by the governments of several countries, Mesa now rejects it and insists on violent mobilizations with a high racist content, as Bolivian Vice President Álvaro García Linera denounced the day before.

In a press conference on Tuesday, the authority invited Mesa to join the audit of international organizations and will be accompanied by Mexico, Paraguay and Peru.

'We have summoned the OAS and sister countries to clear up any doubt regarding this malicious campaign made by the losing opposition candidate, who refuses to accept the sovereign decision of the Bolivian people', confirmed the reelected vice president.
