He added that such a scenario has become fertile ground for the proliferation of mercenaries, so he urged different governments, and especially great powers, to assume their responsibilities.

Likewise, the contribution of over 600 million dollars in aid projects in different latitudes of the world, access to education for over 10 million infants through the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, and the project to empower about 5.8 million children by 2022.
As part of the session, the Regent presented the Doha Forum Prize to Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Bin Mohamad, for his commitment to diplomacy and dialogue, thereby initiating a tradition of honoring prominent personalities at this conference.
