Two Dead in Blast During March in Ukraine

KIEV – Two people died Sunday in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv in an explosion during a march to commemorate the first anniversary of the uprising that toppled former President Viktor Yanukovich, according to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

Kiev notes progress on eastern Ukraine cease-fire
