Quito, Jan 27 (Prensa Latina) The President of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, called today to give conclusive response to inequity by members of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac).
The Organization of American States Secretary-General Luis Almagro said that lifting the suspension on Cuba was only the first step in issuing a larger apology.
“My government does not support debating this issue in the OAS due to its regrettable and frustrating history with complex situations among the member states,” Roy Chaderton said.
