Terrorists, White Helmets Planning to Launch Chemical Attacks on Six Hama Regions

TEHRAN (FNA)- Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) and Jeish al-Izza as well as pro-militant White Helmets are preparing for a false-flag chemical scenario on six different locations in Northern Hama to accuse the Syrian Army later, media sources said.

The Arabic-language website of Russian Sputnik news agency quoted informed sources in Idlib province as saying that Tahrir al-Sham terrorists have transferred three chlorine capsules to Northern Hama from one of their headquarters in Jbal al-Zawiyeh in Southern Idlib.

The sources said that the chlorine gas capsules have been handed over to one of Jeish al-Izza commanders near the contact lines with the Syrian Army in Kafar Zita town.

They also said that Jeish al-Izza terrorists will probably conduct chemical attacks on residential areas in Eastern Kafar Zita, Latamin, al-Sayyad, Lahaya and the surrounding areas of the cities of Mourek and Khan Sheikhoun near the Syrian Army's contract line to be able to control the crime scene and make filming easier for them.

According to different media, security and diplomatic reports, Jeish al-Izza terrorists have several underground and secret warehouses containing different kinds of chlorine-mounted missiles in Northern and Northwestern Hama, including interconnected tunnels between Kafar Zita, al-Latamaneh and Southern Latmin farms.

Meantime, the terrorist groups intend to launch chemical attack in Idlib province in a false flag operation against the Syrian army to set the stage for military intervention by the West and the US on Syria.

In a relevant development on Saturday, the Army backed by Syrian and Russian air forces warded off several attacks launched by Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay'at in several regions to regain the regions they have already lost in Northern Hama, killing over 140 terrorists.

The Arabic-language website of the Russian Sputnik news agency quoted a military source as saying that the Syrian Army in a coordinated military operation from the towns of al-Jobin, al-Hamamiat and Karnaz in Northern and Northwestern Hama launched counterattacks after fending off terrorists' offensives, and killed tens of militants after fully cleansing the towns of Kafar Houd and Tal al-Melh.

It pointed to the Syrian Army's continued military operations to clean up the remnants of terrorists, and said after purging the terrorists from the farms located between Tal Melh and al-Jobin town in Northern Hama, the Syrian Army liberated all the positions that it had temporarily withdrawn from.

The Syrian Army also held captive several terrorists in an ambush operation in Karnaz and Tal Melh in Northern Hama.

The Syrian and Russian fighter jets also heavily pounded the terrorists' lines of movement in different axes, including al-Zuka, al-Arbaeen, al-Latamneh and Kafar Zita, the surroundings of Mourek, Khan Sheikhoun and the town of al-Sayyad in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib. The Syrian and Russian air forces managed to cut the terrorists' movements from Idlib to Northern and Northwestern Hama.

In a relevant development last Wednesday, it was announced that the Syrian Army had seized full control of 23 villages and towns from the terrorists since the beginning of its military operations in Hama province.

The Syrian Army's massive military operations started in Hama and Idlib provinces after the terrorists violated the Sochi Agreement on April 26 and the government forces have spread their rule to Southern Idlib.

A sum of 18 towns and villages have been liberated in Northern and Western parts of Hama province and the Syrian Army has also imposed full control over five other regions in Southern Idlib, the pro-militant Anab Baladi news website reported.

In Northern and Western Idlib, the Syrian Army has earned control of Janabareh, Tal Osman, Jaberieh, Tal Hawash, Toyieh, Sheikh Idris, Kafar Naboudeh, Qala al-Maziq, al-Tavineh, al-Sharia, Bab Taqa, al-Hamreh, al-Hawiz, al-Mohajerin, al-Karkat, al-Mostariheh, al-Khaledi and al-Hardan.

In Southern Idlib, the Syrian Army started its military operations on Monday and it has already regained control of al-Qasabiyeh, al-Hardaneh, al-Hamirat, al-Qaroutiyeh and Qaraseh.

Meantime, the Syrian State television reported that the Syrian Army has kicked off new military operations in Tarmala, al-Nafir and the surrounding areas of Khan Sheikhoun in Southern Idlib.

The Arabic-language SANA news agency also reported that the Syrian Army's artillery units has been heavily pounding the al-Nusra Front and Jeish al-Izzeh terrorists' military positions in al-Zaqoum, Qalididan and al-Zuka regions in Northwestern Hama Province in the last few days.

Venezuelan People Alert Against New Terrorists Attacks of the U.S.

Venezuelans went on the streets last Saturday 16th in Caracas, with a parade to support their President Nicolás Maduro and celebrate the great popular victory that meant the endurance of the Venezuelan people against the electric sabotage, reported TeleSur.

The mobilization lead by the president of the Constituent National Assembly (CNA) of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello, in rejection to the cyber attack against the Hydroelectric Power Station Simón Bolívar, also known as the Guri Dam, which took place last Thursday March 7th with the objective of blaming Maduro’s Government.

Although it’s true that the sabotage to the electric system was planned in Washington we cannot forget that it was carried out with the help of a Venezuelan opposition that regrettably responds to the interests of this foreign power that seeks to drown the people into despair and raise chaos.

Cabello warned looking at this reality: "By order of the president we will preserve all strategic domestic facilities. We must be alert, the Venezuelan right-wing and the imperialism have no other way than violence". Furthermore, he warned of the possibility of new terrorist attacks against the operability of domestic public services.

The True Situation in Venezuela

The situation in Venezuela is that most of the Venezuelan people support Maduro while the Washington’s puppet doesn't rally almost anyone. His attempt to occupy the presidential chair dwindles with every passing minute. An example is that international media considerably diminished his recognition granted to the supposed authority of calling him "acting president" of Venezuela, they now call him "self-proclaimed president", "leader of the Venezuelan opposition", "opponent" or simply "Guaidó."

Following an analysis, the Venezuelan News Agency (VNA) realized that this change has occurred mainly in the last weeks especially in media like The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg and CNN that had used the term "acting president."

The change was maybe caused by phone prank to Guaidó that has gone viral: Russian jokers Vovan and Lexus talked with the self-proclaim president as if they were the Switzerland president, Ueli Maurer. Guaidó fell for it and revealed the plans against the leader of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

The call was made last February 20th and lasted over 12 minutes, in which the pranksters informed Guaidó that President Maduro has "large accounts" in the banks of that country, therefore they awaited his instructions on what they should do with them, said TeleSur.

“We need to find a way to freeze those accounts, president, and you will tell me through official channels how to proceed", commented the self-proclaimed president, very sure of with whom he spoke.

In order to proceed with the "blocking" of those accounts, Vovan and Lexus told Guaidó they would send a draft of a formal request, in the request appeared a fictional bank named "Lexus Vovanial Bank Ltd", their nicknames.

Two days after the “official talk”, Swiss authorities denied to have discussed on the Venezuelan assets with the self-proclaimed president, since he assured to the foreign media that he had spoken of a possible blocking of accounts with the president of that country.

“There was no contact between Mr. Guaidó and President Maurer”, asserted the spokesman of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Switzerland, Pierre-Alain Eltsching.

The answer of Elliot Abrams, North American official didn't take long and he guaranteed to the “Swiss President” that things would carry on from that day forward in strict secret, and he will personally speak with Guaidó to repeat "that his comment was an error that should not happen again.”

Pranksters not only spoke with the self-proclaimed president, they also spoke with Abrams, impersonating the Swiss leader.

The "executive" expressed his Government's will to cooperate in financial matters with the U.S., particularly on the topic of Venezuela. Abrams’s answer was to confirm that his objective is to "preserve assets" of the South American country and that they work with several European Governments to achieve so.

"I believe that everything should be frozen. Absolutely frozen, just to make sure that it remains where it is. That is our perception", said Abrams.

Mistake after Mistake.

Meanwhile this Saturday an extraordinary mobilization of the people from Caracas demonstrated to the world, once again, the dignity and patriotic conscience of Venezuelans while members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces together with the people, preserves 24 hours a day the strategic facilities of electricity, petroleum, water, and telecommunications.

The People of Maduro is alert for the next terrorist attack from Trump’s government or for their next mistake. We will see.

Iran warns U.S., Israel of revenge after parade attack

LONDON (Reuters) - The deputy head of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards warned U.S. and Israeli leaders on Monday to expect a “devastating” response from Tehran, accusing them of involvement in an attack on a military parade in the city of Ahvaz.

Thousands of people packed the streets of the southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz to mourn the victims of Saturday’s assault that killed 25 people, including 12 members of the elite Revolutionary Guards.

The assault, one of the worst against the most powerful military force of the Islamic Republic, struck a blow at its security establishment at a time when the United States and its Gulf allies are working to isolate Tehran.

“You have seen our revenge before ... You will see that our response will be crushing and devastating and you will regret what you have done,” Hossein Salami said in a speech before the funeral of the victims in Ahvaz, broadcast live on the state television.

Iran’s intelligence minister, Mahmoud Alavi, said a large network of suspects had already been arrested in connection with the attack, the judiciary’s news agency Mizan reported.

Iran has declared Monday a national day of mourning. Public offices, banks, schools and universities will be closed in Khuzestan province.

Four assailants fired on a viewing stand in Ahvaz where Iranian officials had gathered to watch an annual event marking the start of the Islamic Republic’s 1980-88 war with Iraq.

Islamic State’s Amaq agency posted a video of three men in a vehicle who it said were on their way to carry out the attack.

A man wearing a baseball cap emblazoned with what appears to be a Revolutionary Guard logo discussed the impending attack in Farsi in the video.

“We are Muslims, they are kafirs (non-believers),” the man says. He adds: “We will destroy them with a strong and guerrilla-style attack, inshallah (God willing).”

Ahvaz National Resistance, an Iranian ethnic Arab opposition movement which seeks a separate state in oil-rich Khuzestan province, also claimed responsibility.

Senior commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) have said the Ahvaz attack was carried out by militants trained by Gulf states and Israel, and backed by America.

But it is unlikely the IRGC will strike any of these foes directly.

The Guards could put on a show of strength by firing missiles at opposition groups operating in Iraq or Syria that may be linked to the militants who staged the attack.

They are also likely to enforce a tight security policy in Khuzestan province, arresting any perceived domestic opponents including civil rights activists.

Dortmund bus bomb: German police detain suspected Islamist

German police say that two people suspected of involvement in Tuesday’s bombing near the Borussia Dortmund team bus have an Islamist background. The federal public prosecutor also confirmed that the explosives used contained metal shards.

Police have searched the apartments of both suspects, one of whom has been arrested, the prosecutor confirmed Wednesday. Officials are attempting to secure an arrest warrant for the second suspect.

A spokesperson for the public prosecutor, Frauke Koehler, said shrapnel from the explosive devices used in the attack traveled more than 100 meters (330ft) and contained metal pins which had pierced a headrest of a bus seat.

The team bus was severely damaged in the blast, which police are treating as a terrorist attack “based on the facts of the crime,” however the exact motive remains unclear, according to a police statement.

Three letters were found at the scene of the blast, the nature of which led investigators to believe the attackers may have an Islamic background. Earlier reports from German media claimed one of the letters opened with: "In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.”

Police confirmed the letter calls for the withdrawal of German Tornado aircraft from Syria and the closure of the American airbase at Ramstein.

Another letter posted online, which also claimed responsibility for the attack, came from a group with “left-wing extremist background” police said. An investigation into the post, however, cast “considerable doubts about the authenticity” of the claim.

Three bombs hidden behind a hedge went off near the Borussia Dortmund team bus on Tuesday evening as the team made its way to a Champions League quarter-final game against Monaco.

Dortmund’s center back Marc Bartra was the only person to suffer injuries in the blast, with his arm and hand affected. He has since undergone surgery, according to the club.

Militant cell that planned NY & Christmas attacks in Moscow detained – anti-terrorism committee

Russian security services detained all members of a terrorist cell that had been plotting attacks during the holiday season in Moscow, the National Anti-Terrorism Committee says. The group reportedly received orders from a Syria-based top-tier commander.

The Syrian terrorist commander, identified as Abu-Zarra, ordered militants to move to Moscow in order to get weapons supplies or seize firearms from police officers, Andrey Przezdomsky, head of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) press service, said on Tuesday.

“At this point, all members of the terrorist cells are in custody,” he added.

According to the official, migrants from central Asia and the Caucasus form the nucleus of most terrorist sleeper cells active in Russia. “Migrants coming from [these regions] – who failed to integrate into society and are locked in mono-ethnic groups – are fertile soil for terrorist activities,” Przezdomsky said.

Over the course of 2016, Russian security services eliminated over 140 members of terrorist cells, among them 24 top-tier militants, said Igor Kulyagin, the NAC’s deputy chief of staff.

All militants were shot dead in counter-terrorism operations or brief encounters with security servicemen, he said, also mentioning the killing of the “notorious leader” of Vilayat Kavkaz, an Islamic State-affiliated (IS, previously ISIS/ISIL) international terrorist group.

Kulyagin added that the intelligence agencies also foiled a cell planning terrorist attacks during the 2016 Ice Hockey World Championship hosted by Russia.

Terrorists tend to employ unconventional tactics to save money, as they cannot afford to maintain a broad network of militants, Przezdomsky added, mentioning the emergence of so-called “one-day groups,” tasked with carrying out a single attack. “They are not linked to other cells, they don’t need guidance or sanctions [for an attack],” the official noted.

In February and December last year, 11 Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) militants were detained in Moscow and Yekaterinburg, Przezdomsky said. They were planning attacks in Moscow and St. Petersburg under the control of IS emissaries, according to the NAC official. “All members of that cell knew each other in person, and came from Central Asian countries,” he said.

German Police Surround Mall in Dusseldorf, Berlin Attack Suspect Presumed Inside

The German police surrounded a Kaufhaus store after an eyewitness reportedly saw the Berlin attack suspect inside, local media reports. Shortly after it began, however, the operation was over, and the alleged suspect was not found.

Earlier in the day, a photo of alleged suspect in the Berlin market attack was published by the German newspaper Bild.

According to Bild, the police are searching for an Islamist from Tunisia. His name is Anis A., he is 21-23 years old and he has several passports.

After a witness reported he had seen the alleged terrorist, the store Kaufhaus in Dusseldorf was surrounded by the police.

On Monday, a truck rammed into the crowd at the Berlin Christmas market on the Breitscheidplatz square, killing at least 12 people and injuring 48 more. The country's interior ministry has labeled the incident a terrorist attack.

On Monday, a truck rammed into the crowd at the Berlin Christmas market, killing 12 people and injuring 48. Police have confirmed the ramming was intentional and detained the suspect, a Pakistani migrant, but he was later released over lack of evidence linking him to the attack.

The incident is being investigated as a terrorist attack. Local media revealed Monday that the German intelligence, even before the recent terrorist attack on a Christmas market in Berlin, classified the suspect as a person representing a potential threat to public safety because of ties to extremists.

According to the Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper, in 2012, the current suspect, Tunisian national Anis A., arrived in Italy, and in 2015 moved to Germany. His asylum application, filed in April, was approved.

The suspect reportedly had a total of eight forged passports, he was briefly detained with one of them in the southern German city of Friedrichshafen, the newspaper said, Anis kept in touch with a network of Islamists in Berlin, headed by Ahmad Abdulaziz Abdullah A, also known as Abu Walaa, who is suspected of recruiting people into Daesh terrorist group, and encouraging them to travel to Syria to join terrorist ranks.
